Collagen Blondie
MAKES: 16 Slices
INGREDIENTS
150g Coconut Sugar
150g Cassava Flour (normal GF or Plain will work)
100g Dark Choc Chips
30g Bovine Collagen
5g Himalayan Salt
3 eggs, whisked
200g butter
METHOD
Add dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Add butter to a saucepan and melt. Once melted, you can brown it for a richer blondie taste. To brown, simply cook for another 5 minutes until you see the butter start to brown and bubble.
Remove from the heat and allow the butter to cool for 5 minutes.
Add the whisked eggs and slightly cooled butter into the bowl with the dry mixture and mix until combined.
You will see the choc chips start to melt before your eyes, a little science experiment!
Cook in an oven at 170C for 25-30 minutes, until the middle is still a little under cooked, it will keep cooking when removed from the oven!
