This program is designed for anyone who is engaging in daily activity, whether it be lifting weights, Les Mills classes or running and needs further guidance on how to optimize their nutrition to support their recovery and goals.
If you’re wanting to achieve your health and fitness goals and be educated about how to fuel your body to create sustainable change, this highly individualised program is for you.
What You’ll Receive:
1 x 60 minute initial consultation;
3 x 30 minute follow up consultations, usually scheduled in 3-4 week intervals;
Email support for your program duration (approximately 12 weeks).
During our consult we will discuss your health & wellbeing goals, nutritional history and current training and lifestyle practices.
Within 48 hours of our consult, you will receive a full breakdown of your goals which include a meal plan, meal ideas, recipes and practical lifestyle advice to support you.
Testing: blood tests are highly recommended and will be discussed in the Initial Consultation.
