Your pantry may be full, but it is serving you well? Let me help you overhaul your health whilst also creating a pantry filled with healthy options based on your favourite foods, and the meals you want to prepare, to support your health goals.

I've worked with many clients who have expressed their desire for me to come into their homes, look through their pantry and help them swap out certain foods and ingredients for better alternatives. I say yes to that - because working with people face to face fills my cup. Nothing beats tangible human connection and it’s hard to beat first hand practical, personalised advice.

This program can be tailor for individuals OR families who would like to work with me to TRULY overhaul their lives.

 

What You’ll Receive:

The below can be spaced out according to your needs. For example, some people may wish to do the Initial Consultation and In Home Pantry Check on the same day.

  • 1 x 1 hour Initial Nutrition Consultation. In this consultation we will spend time going over your current health status and future health goals. We get into the nitty gritty and take time to cover all aspects including your lifestyle, goals and typical eating habits. I will teach you my nutrition principles and personalise an example meal plan and recipe ideas for you / your family so you can feel confident and supported to make the changes you need for long term success.

  • 1 x 1 hour In Home Pantry Check In. I will arrange a time to visit you at your house and go through your pantry. After this check in, I will make a list of better alternatives. You can use these two hours to ask me any questions you may have and I will also have a list of questions to ask you! We can even use an hour of this time to go through your local supermarket.

  • 1 x 45 minute Follow Up Nutrition Consultation. This will be a check in of your health goals and answering any questions that may have arisen since our first consultation. We will do this 4-6 weeks after your first nutrition consultation.

  • BONUS: You can add on extra consults for family members at a cost of $120/person/hour. This can include blood test analysis or other testing as required.
