Buckini Chocolate Slice
‘Cause I think it’s perfectly acceptable to have a piece of chocolate for breakfast.
BUCKINI CHOCOLATE SLICE

INGREDIENTS
1 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
6 tbl maple syrup (or honey/rice malt)
2 tbl hulled tahini
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup Caramelised Loving Earth Buckinis
1 tsp sea salt
METHOD
Mix the melted coconut oil together with the raw cacao, maple syrup, tahini and salt and mix well.
Add in the coconut flakes and buckinis and mix again.
Pour into a lined tray and place in the freeze for at least 45 minutes to set. Once set, cut up into pieces, keep in the freezer until ready to eat.
