Maple Crunch Granola

MAPLE CRUNCH GRANOLA

MAKES: one large tray!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup quick oats (can do half quick half rolled, quick hold together better I’ve found)

1/4 cup activated buckwheat groats (I used the ones from Source)

1/3 cup desiccated coconut 

1/3 cup raw macadamias (blitz them in a food processor, leave some clumpy)

1/4 cup raw peanuts (blitz them in a food processor)

1/3 cup currants 

1 heaped tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp pink salt

3 tbl melted coconut oil

2 tbl tahini 

1/4 cup organic maple syrup 

METHOD

Mix all together then cook on 180°C for about 15-20 mins, I don't usually stir/turn it whilst in the oven. If you leave it to cool on the tray you will get big granola slabs/clusters!
