I simply cannot go past this creamy banana smoothie when I’m feeling like a cold & refreshing breakfast.

GREEN BANANA BREKKY SMOOTHIE

SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen zucchini, sliced

1 large handful spinach

1 serve protein powder (I use and adore Botanika Blends Vanilla Cake Batter)

125ml unsweetened almond milk (I use Coles Organic Almond Milk)

125ml water

1 tbl chia seeds

1 tbl nut butter

1/2 tbl psyllium husks

1 tsp cinnamon

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined!
