Blender Pancakes
BLENDER PANCAKES
SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS
1 large ripe banana
2 eggs
1 tbl chia seeds
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
METHOD
Pinch salt Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined.
Heat a skillet with butter and fry for a few mins each side.
