Sugar Free Black Bean Brownies
SUGAR FREE BLACK BEAN BROWNIE
SERVES: MAKES 9 PIECES
INGREDIENTS
1 x 400 g can blackbeans, drained and rinsed
1 cup almond meal
½ cup gluten free plain flour
2 tbl avocado oil
3 tbl tahini
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup lakanto
¾ cup cacao powder
Pinch salt
METHOD
Preheat an oven to 180°C and line a square tin with baking paper.
Add everything into a food processor and blend until combined.
Spread the mixture into the tin and flatten with a spatula.
Cook for 35 minutes and allow to cool in the tin.
Slice into squares and drizzle with extra tahini or dark chocolate.
