AUTUMN BIRCHER

DAIRY FREE I REFINED SUGAR FREE

SERVINGS: 6

INGREDIENTS

2 cups rolled oats 2 cups almond milk (you can use water)

2 pink lady apples, grated

3/4 cup flaked almonds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

2 tbl sesame seeds

2 tbl flaked coconut

1/3 cup goji berries

1 tsp cinnamon

Berries, to serve

Yoghurt, to serve

METHOD

Soak the oats for at least 6 hours or overnight in just enough almond milk to cover them.

The next morning (or when ready to serve) mix through the grated apple and remaining ingredients.

Taste, and adjust flavours by adding in more cinnamon and maple if required.

Top with seasonal fruits, yoghurt and any other topping you desire.
