Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE FUDGE

MAKES: 8-10 slices

INGREDIENTS

1 cup smooth peanut butter (or nut butter of tahini of choice)

1/2 cup coconut oil or butter

2/3 cup raw cacao powder

1/3 cup raw honey 

Pinch salt

1/4 cup roasted peanuts, for topping

METHOD

Prepare a lined tin with baking paper.

Combine peanut butter, coconut oil, cacao, honey and salt together in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk until smooth and combined.

Pour the mixture into the tin and allow to set in the freezer for at least an hour.

Slice into pieces and store in the freezer.
