Cashew Cream
CASHEW CREAM
MAKES: approx 1 cup
INGREDIENTS
150g cashews
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbl nutritional yeast
Pinch of salt
1/4-1/3 cup of water
METHOD
Place all ingredients into a blender, starting with 1/4 cup of water and blend until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Add a touch more water if required.
