Beetroot & Tahini Hummus

BEETROOT & TAHINI HUMMUS

SERVES: 4-6 (as a side)

INGREDIENTS

1 can butterbeans, drained and rinsed

250g packet pre cooked beetroots

2 garlic cloves, roasted

3 tbl hulled tahini

1 tbl olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp ground cumin

Salt & pepper

METHOD

Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until combined well. 

Add a dash more liquid to achieve desired dip consistency.
