Choc Banana & Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal
The ultimate Winter warmer, this meal feels like a BIG hug in a bowl.
CHOC BANANA & PEANUT BUTTER BAKED OATMEAL

INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 ripe mashed banana
2 medjool dates, chopped
1 heaped tbl peanut butter
1 heaped tbl Botanika Blends vanilla cake batter protein (optional)
1 tbl raw cacao
1 tbl ground flaxseed (or egg)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking dish with baking paper.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, pour into lined baking tin.
Bake for 25-30 mins.
Serve with extra PB, yoghurt, seeds/nuts, berries or whatever else you desire.
